Some older women already love SDJ, but its teenage image can make others wonder whether it’s for them. Make room for those women without losing the playfulness younger fans love.

The conversations include a fan approaching 40 who wears Cheirosa 40 daily and a younger wearer who chooses Cheirosa 68 for particular occasions. Taste and how a scent fits someone’s life are more useful starting points than an age rule.

As someone who came of age in the 2010s, I see the SDJ mists as a more sophisticated upgrade of the Victoria's Secret scents. I never liked the VS scents because they smelled cheap to me. I have all but one of the SDJ mists because they smell nice and fun, yet sophisticated, if that makes sense.

I haven’t tried their scents yet, but I remember all the hype about how their bumbum cream was the best smelling thing ever, smells like youre on vacation, divine, addictive, etc etc So I bought it and was so underwhelmed! It was just a strong very sweet synthetic artificial scent to me, and the cream itself wasn’t good. Just felt cheap? So I’m hesitant to try their perfumes. I am 32 so I don’t think it’s age.

I'm 26F and I really like the sweeter, fruitier scents but open to any suggestions. This is what I have right now but I'm looking to expand. I don't know the first bottle's name nor origin, the second is Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter (Me Expresso), and Sol de Janeiro (68). I also have Ariana Grande (Mod Vanilla) but it's not pictured.
