Layering can make a familiar SDJ scent feel personal and lead people to try something new. It should feel like an invitation to play, not homework or a list of extra things to buy.

I don’t think layering is useful. It’s like ordering two amazing dishes made by two different chefs and mixing them together.

I love layering fragrances. It’s a fun, harmless exercise in creativity that results in a scent uniquely pleasing to my particular nose. All I have to potentially lose is a few milliliters of perfume since I always preview my combos first.
